二、秸稈拆解揉絲機的工作原理：

拆解揉絲機原理是利用錘片的擊打、推揉力量將竹片、木片、稻草、麥草、蘆葦等原料拆解、分絲細化的設備。錘片安裝在中間傳動的轉子上，轉子高速旋轉產生的離心力讓錘片向四周輻射張開，產生強烈帶柔和的擊打揉搓力量，配合設備內部類似于搓衣板的襯板反揉搓作用將原料擊打撕裂分絲。設備下半部是過濾篩板，出料大小、細度由篩板孔徑的大小來控制。網孔大則出料粗，網孔小則出料細。用于草料揉絲時需要配置高壓引風機引力出料，防止物料被揉搓時間過長損傷纖維。配和拉料風機加快出料速度，降低設備內部溫度。
